1. Results Overview: an overview of the Service Survey and IBD Patient Survey responses across the patient pathway for your service - the key in the report shows which results are from the Service Survey and which are from the IBD Patient Survey
2. Service Deep Dive Report: a comprehensive report including
- All responses from your Service Survey and related IBD Patient Survey results
- How your service performance compares to the UK and UK country average
The Results Overview report is public and will be published on the IBD UK website. Your individual Service Deep Dive Report will be emailed to the registered contact for each service.
Please note: If your service did not complete the Service Survey this year, a Results Overview and a Service Deep Dive report will still be available to you, but this will be based solely on data submitted by patients in the Patient Survey. The only exception is in cases where fewer than five patients responded to the survey about your service, in which case no reports will be produced to protect respondent anonymity.
