For information and support, you can contact the Crohn's & Colitis UK Helpline. They can provide up-to-date, evidenced-based information to support you to live well with Crohn’s or Colitis.

However, they are not medically trained. If you need individual medical advice about your condition, your GP or IBD team will be best placed to help.
